The final concerts for Festival of American Music Part are April 8-9. The Louisville Orchestra's Coffee Concert Series performance is at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, April 8th at the Kentucky Center. The great Chase Morrin will join the orchestra on piano. This performance will be the world premiere of Morrin's Piano Concerto. We will also be performing Copland's Symphony No. 3. There will be a lecture before the performance at 10:00am in the Mary Anderson Room hosted by Classical 90.5 WUOL.

The Festival of American Music II continues the next night, Saturday, April 9, at 8:00pm at the Kentucky Center in Whitney Hall. This concert will be part of The Louisville Orchestra's Classics Series. Chase Morrin will return to perform the works of John Adams, Copland, and Mason Bates. Morrin will also be performing his jazz-infused concerto. He is an amazing young talent that you will not want to miss! Tickets begin at $26 and can be purchased here.
Before the concert, there will be a lecture beginning at 7:00pm in the Mary Anderson Room hosted by Classical 90.5 WUOL.
