GRAMMY Nomination for "American Project"

The Deutsche Grammophon album “The American Project,” featuring pianist Yuja Wang and the Louisville Orchestra conducted by Teddy Abrams, was nominated for a 2024 GRAMMY for Best Classical Instrumental Solo category. 

The album features Teddy Abram’s Piano Concerto, which Yuja Wang premiered earlier this year with the Louisville Orchestra and Teddy on the podium.  The American Project also features Michael Tilson Thomas’s piece You Come Here Often?  This is Abrams’ first Grammy nomination.
